The Woods Laser cannot guarentee that other public players will be available to play with. We suggest bringing others to battle against. Our games can run with a minimum 2 players, but is best played with a group.
Players must be 8 years of age or older to participate in our laser tag experience. Players must be able to properly hold and operate our equipment without assistance. Our team reserves the right to refuse guests from participating in our laser tag experience when a player cannot properly hold or operate our equipment. The event planner accepts that they are responsible to reimburse The Woods Laser the total replacement fees for any damaged equipment.
Proper footwear is required.

Wear Appropriate Clothing: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily. Closed-toe shoes are required. Avoid wearing any loose jewelry or accessories that could fall off or get caught on something.

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for the Outdoor Tactile Laser Tag in the Woods activity. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your activity, we require a 24-hour notice before the scheduled start time. You can reschedule for a different available date and time within the next 30 days.
Please note that we run the activity in all weather conditions, except for lightning and severe storms. If we need to cancel the activity due to extreme weather conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your activity for a later date.
